Ring in the New Year MOXI-style with festive activities throughout the museum, a dance party, and a countdown to 12… noon, that is!

This year, we’re also introducing an earlier sensory-friendly option; enjoy the celebration with less stimulation. Click “Reserve Tickets” button to learn more about this new offering.

With your ticket, you can enjoy a museum-wide celebration throughout MOXI’s interactive exhibits, including the rooftop Seaside Sock Skating rink (weather permitting) and available exhibits on the first and second floor.

All guests, including Members, must hold a ticket for Noon Year’s Eve.

The museum will be closed for general and regular member admission on December 31 and reopen on January 1 for normal Business Hours.

Activities May Include: 

 

  • New Year’s resolution + wish wall
  • Winter photo op with Gwen the penguin
  • Ice races in Whitewater
  • Glittery friendship bracelet making
  • Glittery temporary tattoos + face gems
  • Ice sculpting station
  • Make egg & bean noisemakers, paper plate noisemakers, craft stick harmonicas, and mini glitter snow globe making in the Innovation Workshop
  • Make Pompom popper

  • General tickets:
    Adults $30 / Children: $25
  • Children (under the age of 2):
    Free, but need a ticket reservation to guarantee entry.
