Inspirations in Color and Light

Guests are transported into a garden of light and color inspired by gardens of Asia. In the center of the room sits a Japanese bridge glowing with color. Overhead, a paper lantern garden dances in an ever-changing symphony of color and energy. Interact with the bridge, or with any of the stone pagodas, and discover the many ways you can contribute to the ever-evolving lantern garden.

What Do Colors Sound Like?

What Do Colors Sound Like?

Westmont grad, Tucker Howard, combines color, sound, and science in a unique art experience. He uses a custom algorithm to turn colors into sound, then uses vibration to shape that sound into visual patterns. Inspired by his ADHD and sensory experiences, the project includes a nine-track album, with each track based on a different color. Available this summer on MOXI’s 2nd floor.
