Member Portal
You can view your Membership details, change your contact information, download your digital Membership card, and renew or upgrade your Membership.
To access your Member portal, you’ll need to create a new account. Your Membership should automatically appear, but if it doesn’t, you can click “Find My Membership” and input your Member ID (found on your digital card) to link your Membership.

Take advantage of early admission every Saturday from 9-10 AM to play like a VIP before the museum opens to the public. Keep an eye out for special themed mornings throughout the year with activities including face painting and treats. Members get early access to tickets to popular events like Noon Year’s Eve and family-friendly parties.

I signed up for a Membership online. When will I get my Membership card?
Digital Membership cards are emailed within 1 hour of purchase to the Primary Member’s email address. If you have not received your card, please contact members@moxi.org to receive a new one. You can always visit MOXI by showing a photo ID at the front desk.
Can I bring in a guest?
Memberships beginning at the Explorer Level include 4 complimentary guest passes. If you have a guest pass on your account, you are welcome to use it prior to your expiration date. Members who do not have guest passes on their account can bring in a guest for discounted Member Guest Admission of $2 off (up to 4 guests per day).
How can I make a change to my Membership?
You can update your contact information in the online Member web portal. To upgrade your Membership or make any changes to the Named Adults on your Membership, please contact members@moxi.org or visit MOXI’s front desk.
How do I receive reciprocal admission through the ASTC Passport Program?
Memberships beginning at the Family Level receive access to the ASTC Passport Program, which allows you to visit affiliated museums free of charge or at a discounted rate. Museums must be more than 90 miles away from both MOXI and your place of residence. You must show your MOXI Membership card and a valid photo when visiting reciprocal museums. We advise you to contact the museum you are planning to visit to confirm their hours and admission reservation policies.
I want to purchase a Membership as a gift, but don’t want them to find out about it before I give it to them. What are my options?
Gift Membership purchases can be made online, over the phone, or in person at MOXI. When making your online purchase, select “Gift a Membership,” and you’ll be able to select the date the recipient receives the notice about the Membership. We also offer gift Membership certificates that can be redeemed by the recipient at a later date (perfect for upcoming birthdays or holidays). Gift certificates can be purchased at MOXI’s front desk, or over the phone at 805.770.5023.
Is my Membership refundable?
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution.
