MOXI’s mission is to ignite learning through interactive experiences in science and creativity. As Santa Barbara’s newest hands-on destination for families and curious minds of all ages, MOXI is a place where you can explore and discover new things about the world around you, ask questions, seek answers and have a blast doing so. MOXI is committed to transparency in its nonprofit operations. Annual reports including financial statements are made available here.

We are often asked to donate items for silent auctions and other fundraisers. We are happy to fulfill these requests whenever possible. We do restrict our giving to 501(c)(3) organizations in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties and our donation to the organization must be used for fundraising purposes. Each organization can make one request per calendar year.

MOXI is managed and operated by a passionate team of full-time and part-time staff and supported by a dedicated Board of Directors. Learn more about them here.
