Important Information
MOXI only provides the venue.
An external event coordinator is required for all events.
A certificate of insurance is required for all events.
Catering and alcohol are provided by the client.
Equipment, furniture rentals, and lighting are provided by the client.
List of preferred vendors available upon request.

Sky Garden Rental
- Rooftop only (or another floor for rain plan)
- Repeated access pre-event for you + your vendors to tour and plan with the MOXI Events team.
- Access to www.allseated.com, an excellent resource for your team to design the event layout.
- Exclusive access 5:30-10 PM + access for vendor load-in before.
- Access to all rooftop exhibits for playtime!
- Back-lot for kitchen staging (if larger/longer event planned).
- MOXI Staff, post-event cleaning + security guards.
- MOXI event monitor to assist with all venue/vendor liaison on the night of your event.
- Use of big screens above the front desk to welcome guests.
- Use of the integrated sound system for piped music.
Full Museum Rental
- Repeated Access pre-event for you + your vendors to tour and plan with the MOXI Events team.

Sky Garden (Rooftop Only)

Per Month- $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit
- Cocktail reception
- 2 hours (between 5:30 PM and 10 PM)
- Up to 150 guests.
- Load-Out time allowed: 2 hours after the end of the event (penalty assessed for late load-out)
- Rooftop closed to the public at 3 PM for load-in
Extended Sky Garden I (Rooftop Only)

Per Month- $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit
- Up to 200 guests.
- Full dinner
- Event time is anytime between 5:30 PM – 10 PM.
- Load-out time allowed: 2 hours after the end of the event (penalty assessed for late load-out).
- Rooftop is closed to the public at 2 PM for load-in.
Extended Sky Garden II (Rooftop Only)

Per Month- $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit
- Includes everything Sky Garden I
- Rooftop closed to the public at 12 PM for load-in
Full Museum I
$ 11,000
Per Month- $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit
- Up to 500 guests (depending on factors such as type of event)
- Sit down meal available (depending on location of meal and number of guests)
- Event Time 5:30 PM – 10 PM.
- Load-out time allowed: 2 hours after the end of the event ($1,000 penalty for late load-out).
- Rooftop closed to the public at 2 PM for load-in
- Courtyard closed to the public at 4 PM for load-in
Full Museum II
