- Pricing is for the venue rental only. Client is responsible for any catering, rentals, lighting, alcohol, and entertainment. List of preferred vendors available upon request.
- External event coordinator required.
- $1,000 refundable security deposit required.
- Certificate of insurance required for client and all vendors.
