Light Track.

Permanent Exhibit

Light Track.

Light moves in a straight line—until something gets in its way. Explore the fascinating world of light, color, and shadows in MOXI’s low-lit Light Track, where science, technology, and art come together in hands-on experiences. Use prisms, lenses, mirrors, and colored lights to experiment with reflection, refraction, color mixing, and shadow play. Freeze your own shadow, bounce and bend light, create dazzling pixel art, or play with colored light. This interactive space invites visitors of all ages to bend, reflect, and manipulate light, while sparking creativity and visual expression. See how light behaves and create your own experiments as you explore its endless possibilities.
