Kinetronix
July 17, 2021 – January 23, 2022

Speed of Light uses a 3D camera to scan and “teleport” visitors into a world where their body is the controller. Players can explore, solve puzzles, and challenge other visitors – all completely touch-free.

Kinetronix is based in Santa Barbara and was founded by two veteran game designers, Davor Magdic and Mihailo Despotovic. The duo has been developing interactive entertainment since 2012, with a focus on touch-free exhibits since 2018.

What Do Colors Sound Like?

What Do Colors Sound Like?

Westmont grad, Tucker Howard, combines color, sound, and science in a unique art experience. He uses a custom algorithm to turn colors into sound, then uses vibration to shape that sound into visual patterns. Inspired by his ADHD and sensory experiences, the project includes a nine-track album, with each track based on a different color. Available this summer on MOXI’s 2nd floor.
